• Morning Ritual: After cleansing, dispense 3-4 drops into your palm. Warm between your hands, then press gently into your face and neck, working from the center outward. Allow to absorb for 1-2 minutes before applying sunscreen or makeup. The oil creates a beautiful, dewy base that helps makeup glide on smoothly and last longer.
• Evening Ritual: After cleansing and any treatment serums, apply 4-6 drops to your face, neck, and décolletage. Take your time. Massage in upward, outward strokes for 30-60 seconds, allowing the warmth of your hands to help the oils penetrate. Breathe in the grounding aroma of frankincense. Let this be a moment of transition; from the demands of the day to the rest you deserve.

• After Bathing: This is the optimal time to apply body oil, when skin is still slightly damp and pores are open. Dispense a generous amount into your palms, about the size of a quarter for each section of your body. Warm between your hands, then massage into skin using long, sweeping strokes. Work from your extremities toward your heart to support lymphatic flow and circulation. Pay special attention to dry areas: elbows, knees, heels, and anywhere skin feels rough or neglected. Allow 2-3 minutes for absorption before dressing.
• As a Massage Oil: Warm the bottle in a bowl of hot water for added luxury. The oil's silky texture and intoxicating aroma make it ideal for self-massage or partner massage. The botanicals increase circulation and promote relaxation, turning bodywork into a full sensory experience.
