Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Wisconsin, United States.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
United States: $9.45
Canada: $20.00
Rest of the World: $25.00
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
We do not currently provide average delivery time ranges. These may be updated in the future.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders are not shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
This means:

Customs fees
VAT / GST
Brokerage or clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are collected by the carrier or customs office upon delivery.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any applicable customs charges.
Refused Shipments & Unpaid Duties
If an order is refused by the recipient or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes:
Shipping fees are non-refundable
The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs if the order is reshipped
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
The order may be delayed or not delivered
We are not responsible for lost shipments due to address errors
Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required
Lost Shipments
A shipment is considered lost if:
There has been no tracking update for 14 consecutive days from the last carrier update
In the event a package is confirmed lost:
We will reship the order or refund
Carrier delays outside our control do not qualify as lost shipments.
Returns & Return Shipping
We do not offer returns.
If a return is approved at our discretion:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Carrier delays
Customs inspections or holds
Strikes or labor disruptions
