At Vicky Derosa, each product is crafted with intention, purity, and uncompromising quality standards. Due to the personal nature of skincare and wellness products, we maintain a carefully structured return policy to protect product integrity, customer safety, and brand standards.

Please review the terms below before making a purchase.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for return or refund.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused or gently tested
Products must be returned in their original packaging
The product must contain at least 80% of its original contents
Proof of purchase (order number) is required
The item must not show signs of misuse, alteration, contamination, or excessive use
For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

Supplements
Gift cards
E-books and digital products
Any item marked “Final Sale”
Products purchased during promotional clearance events (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your request must include:

Order number
Clear photographs of the product and outer packaging
Description of the issue

Failure to provide photo documentation within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Once reviewed and approved, you may choose:

A replacement item
A full refund

We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Partial refunds may be issued for items returned with visible use beyond gentle testing.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refund processing time:
5–10 business days after approval (financial institutions may vary).

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility is determined case-by-case.

If the return is due to customer preference, sensitivity, or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
If the return is due to product defect or fulfillment error, Vicky Derosa may cover return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for lost return packages without tracking confirmation.


International Orders

International returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Customers are responsible for:

Return shipping fees
Customs duties
Import taxes

Original shipping charges, customs fees, and duties are non-refundable.

Chargebacks & Abuse Protection

We reserve the right to:

Deny returns that do not meet policy requirements
Refuse service to customers who demonstrate patterns of excessive returns
Dispute chargebacks when policy terms have been clearly violated

Skin Sensitivity & Personal Reactions

Due to individual skin chemistry, we cannot guarantee results or prevent sensitivities. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase.

We strongly recommend conducting a patch test before full application.

Individual reactions do not automatically qualify as product defects.
