V Vanilla Bliss Smoothie

This smoothie tastes even better than a vanilla milkshake—but the best part? It’s actually good for you and packed with nutrients that your body will love!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp maca powder (for a natural energy boost!)
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of nut milk or filtered water (for lower calories)
  • 5 to 6 ice cubes
  • (Optional) 2 to 3 organic dates (for extra sweetness!)

 

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust the consistency by adding more or less liquid, depending on how thick you like it.

 

 Tip: If you love a sweeter taste, toss in a couple of dates—they add a natural caramel-like sweetness without overpowering the vanilla flavor.

 The result? A silky-smooth, naturally sweet, and ridiculously delicious vanilla shake—without the guilt! Plus, it’s a fantastic pick-me-up to keep you energized and feeling great.
