Clean, Energizing Bites Packed with Protein, Fiber, and Just the Right Touch of Sweetness

These no-bake protein power bites are a perfect combination of wholesome ingredients and delicious flavor. Packed with fiber, healthy fats, plant-based protein, and a touch of sweetness, they make the ultimate on-the-go snack, post-workout boost, or clean dessert.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup raw organic honey
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter (choose your favorite!)

 

Instructions:

  1. In a medium-large bowl, gently mix all ingredients until fully combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
  3. Once chilled, scoop and roll into small bite-sized balls using your hands or a spoon.
  4. Store in the fridge in an airtight container and enjoy whenever you need a quick, nourishing bite!
