This nourishing, skin-supportive salad is simple, grounding, and deeply revitalizing. It’s filled with ingredients that support skin health from within, helping your skin look brighter, smoother, and more nourished over time.
Dressing:
For this salad, I love using V Balsamic Dressing.
It’s light, flavorful, and pairs beautifully with the lentils and greens.
Drizzle as much or as little as you like — just enough to coat everything gently. Of course, you can use any dressing you prefer, but I recommend keeping it light and dairy-free.
Salad Ingredients: (Use as much or as little of each as you like!)
Arugula
Romaine lettuce (for extra crunch)
Steamed or cooked lentils
Walnuts, chopped
Carrots, shredded
Roasted beets (optional, if you have them)
Seeds from one fresh pomegranate
Please note: most of the ingredients are optional, but the key ingredients for good skin health are the greens, lentils, and pomegranate seeds. Everything else is optional, and feel free to add anything else you love — just avoid dairy.
