V Lavender Syrup

This delicate syrup brings the soothing aroma of lavender together with the deep sweetness of coconut sugar, creating a naturally calming and versatile addition to your kitchen.

Ingredients:

1. 1 cup coconut sugar
2. 1 cup filtered water
3. 1/4 cup edible lavender leaves (ensure they are food-grade and pesticide-free)

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, combine the coconut sugar and filtered water.
2. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly until the sugar is fully dissolved.
3. Remove from heat and add the lavender leaves. Cover the pan with a lid.
4. Let it steep for 15–20 minutes to infuse the flavor.
5. Strain out the lavender leaves using a fine-mesh strainer.
6. Once completely cool, pour the syrup into a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.

 Use it to elevate your teas, lattes, lemonades, smoothies—or drizzle over fresh fruit and yogurt for a floral twist.
