V Fennel & Orange Salad

Hello beautiful soul, I’m so happy you reached out! Here’s the recipe you asked for. I hope you enjoy making it as much as I do. 

This refreshing and cleansing salad is packed with detoxifying ingredients that support digestion, flush out toxins, and leave you feeling light and energized. The combination of fresh citrus, fennel, and crunchy greens makes this salad both nourishing and delicious!

Detox Dressing:

To keep this salad low-calorie and deeply cleansing, I use my V Heavy Metal Detox Paste as a base for the dressing.

  • 2 tablespoons V Heavy Metal Detox Paste (see recipe)
  • Apple cider vinegar, to taste

Simply whisk them together to create a beautifully detoxifying dressing. Of course, you can use any dressing you prefer, but I recommend keeping it light and cleansing.

Salad Ingredients: (Use as much or as little of each as you like!)

  • Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • Red leaf lettuce, chopped
  • White cabbage, shredded
  • Carrots, shredded
  • Cucumbers, sliced
  • Fresh fennel root, thinly sliced
  • Oranges, sliced or chopped

Why This Salad is So Detoxifying:

 Fennel & Cabbage support digestion and help flush toxins.

 Citrus (Oranges & Vinegar) alkalize the body and provide antioxidants.

 Heavy Metal Detox Dressing enhances cleansing and removes toxins.

 Tip: For an extra crunch, you can add pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds - both are rich in minerals and great for detoxification. But if you do, please remove the orange slices from the recipe.
