V Carrot Glow Elixir

Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

• 1 cup fresh carrot juice
• 1 inch fresh ginger, grated or juiced
• 1/2 inch fresh turmeric root, grated or juiced (or 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder)
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• A pinch of black pepper
• Optional: 1 teaspoon raw organic honey

Instructions

• Add the carrot juice to a glass or small jar.
• Mix in the ginger, turmeric, and lemon juice.
• Add a pinch of black pepper and stir well to activate the turmeric.
• Taste and add raw honey if you like it sweeter.
• Drink fresh on an empty stomach for best results.

 Tip:
For an extra detox boost, add 1 tablespoon of aloe vera juice or 1/2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
