V Botox In A Glass

Hello beautiful soul, I’m so happy you reached out! Here’s the recipe you asked for. I hope you enjoy making it as much as I do.

Bright, skin-loving, naturally anti-inflammatory, this smoothie helps de-puff and boost your glow

Think of this as natural botox, the glow-from-within kind, powered by hydration, antioxidants, and skin-loving vitamins. Prickly pear hydrates, mango and carrot add carotenoids for collagen and elasticity.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cactus fruit, peeled and chopped (prickly pear)
  • 1 cup mango, chopped
  • 1 cup carrot juice, or 2 medium carrots plus 1 to 1½ cups cold water
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional)
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. If you have a juicer: Juice the cactus fruit (prickly pear), mango, and carrots (skip this if using ready carrot juice). Add the ginger to the juicer if using.
  2. If you don’t have a juicer: Add cactus fruit, mango, grated ginger, and either carrot juice or chopped carrots with 1–1½ cups cold water to a blender. Blend until completely smooth, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve or nut-milk bag to remove pulp.
  3. Taste, then stir in honey and a pinch of sea salt if desired.
  4. Serve over ice and enjoy immediately.

 Tips:

  • Chill your produce first for a naturally cold, refreshing juice.
  • Strain a second time for a super-fine, “spa” texture.
  • Handle prickly pear carefully and peel thoroughly to avoid any remaining spines.
  • Best enjoyed fresh; if needed, refrigerate in a sealed jar for up to 24 hours and shake before serving.

A little tip: The magic of homemade recipes comes from the quality of ingredients and the love you pour into them. So, take your time, enjoy the process, and let me know how it turns out!
