V Balsamic Dressing

A rich, tangy-sweet dressing that’s perfect for brightening up any salad 

This homemade balsamic dressing is simple, clean, and delicious—free from preservatives and packed with flavor. It pairs beautifully with leafy greens, roasted veggies, or grain bowls.

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon raw organic honey
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Himalayan sea salt, to taste

 

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to blend.
  2. Gradually whisk in the olive oil while continuing to stir slowly.
  3. Once the oil is incorporated, whisk vigorously until the dressing becomes thick, creamy, and glossy.

*You can also place all the ingredients in the blender and blend well.
