V Anti-Inflammatory Bowl

This is one of my most-loved recipes. It’s quick, refreshing, and made with ingredients that support your body, reduce inflammation, and leave you feeling amazing. Eat it daily for a week and you’ll see the difference.

Ingredients:

• 1 bowl cooked quinoa
• 1 ripe avocado, chopped
• 1 medium tomato, chopped
• 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
• Juice of 1 lime or lemon, freshly squeezed
• A handful of fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
• Sea salt, to taste
• Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Start with a bowl of cooked quinoa as your base.
2. Add the chopped avocado, tomato, and red onion.
3. Squeeze in the lemon or lime juice.
4. Sprinkle with parsley or cilantro.
5. Season with sea salt and pepper.
6. Gently toss everything together and enjoy fresh.

Tips and Serving Ideas:

• Eat it once a day for 7 to 8 days and notice the glow from the inside out.
• Add extras like cucumber, radish, or greens if you like.
• For more protein, top with a soft-boiled egg, grilled chicken, or chickpeas.
