Optimal time to apply: skin slightly damp and pores open.
- Dispense a generous amount (about a quarter-size per body section).
- Warm between palms, then massage using long, sweeping strokes.
- Work from extremities toward your heart to support circulation.
- Focus on elbows, knees, heels, and rough/dry areas.
- Allow 2–3 minutes for absorption before dressing.
